Twitter Mania has arrived and if you are not the wagon, it’s time to setup an account so you can see what is happening in the world. What is Twitter?

I recently stumbled upon an article by Tom Feran of the Cleveland Plain Dealer that focused on a company that has created a device that will connect your pregnancy to Twitter called the “Kickbee”.

Sticky Screen: Virtual Post-it

Is your monitor or desk cluttered with yellow Post-it notes? How often do you wonder if you stacked up all the sticky notes on your desk, could they reach the ceiling from your cubicle? If you are looking for a change and you want to consolidate your notes, then you should consider doing them online with Sticky Screen.

Sticky Screen

  • You have room for up to three notes
  • It will remember notes even if you close your browser
  • You have up to 19 characters per line
  • Be green and save paper

The idea is to set StickyScreen as your homepage so that your ‘note to self’ shows up whenever you open a new tab or browser window.

Look-up Any Owner’s Manual Online

Did you misplace that owners manual from an appliance you purchased two years ago? Now you don’t have to stress about it, all you have to do is just look it up online at OwnerIQ. You can search by popular manufacturers, product type or if you know the name of it, just enter it into the search box.

Albert Einstein said, “Never memorize what you can look up in books.” Are we becoming dumber because we can just look it up on the Internet?

The Original Search Engine?

WebCrawler was one of the first, and is still one of the fastest search engines on the web. If you haven’t tried it, the search engine uses Google, Yahoo, MSN Live and Ask at the same time to deliver you comprehensive results.

According to Wikipedia, WebCrawler was the first Web search engine to provide full text search. It went live on April 20, 1994 and was created by Brian Pinkerton at the University of Washington. It was bought by America Online on June 1, 1995 and sold to Excite on April 1, 1997.

So will you switch to WebCrawler instead of using Google?
