DoHop
Looking for low-cost flights on the web, then look no further than DoHop. The creators call it, “The ultimate free travel site.” The website searches multiple low cost airlines at the same time.
I actually think the site is worth the time because it does deliver a decent amount of results, but it still is work in progress. Currently, the only tab that works is the “flight” tab; the “car” and “hotel” tabs only send you over to a bunch of links. The site in essence resembles a search engine, but functions like Orbitz.
The site is definitely European; please remember to hit the translate button to US dollars. Also, make sure to use the fly out menus when selecting your date because if you were manually entering your date it will cause an error. In Europe, remember that the day of the week comes before the month, e.g. 7, December, 2005.
