Skip Automated Phone Systems With Fonolo

We’ve all called that customer service number, got the automated assistant that asks you use your touchtone pad to choose from a menu to proceed. “Press 1 for English, Press 2 for Espanol” is the first step. Then as a caller, you have to drill down to the next level by being asked to choose the department. “Press 1 for blah, Press 2 for blah, Press 3 for blah, and 4 for blah,” is where your decision could get daunting. Fonolo lets you skip the phone menus when calling large companies. Connect to the right person with less hassle!
Login to Fonolo, type in the name of the company you need to call and the numbers from there automated system will appear on your screen. You can either manually call those numbers or use their system to place the call. Most larger companies’ phone numbers are in Fonolo’s database and the accurracy seems consistent.
What do you think of Fonolo, does it save you time?
